Abstract

Financial Technology (FinTech) has become a significant catalyst for enhancing financial inclusion by improving access to digital financial services among rural communities. This study examines the influence of FinTech adoption on financial inclusion and user satisfaction while assessing the impact of digital literacy, financial literacy, and FinTech awareness. Primary data were collected from 270 rural respondents using a structured questionnaire, and the data were analysed through descriptive statistics and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The findings reveal that FinTech adoption significantly enhances financial inclusion and user satisfaction. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy, financial awareness, and digital infrastructure can further accelerate inclusive and sustainable rural financial development...
